The Physical Signs of Child Sexual Abuse (Purple Book)

The Purple Book outlines good practice in relation to the paediatric forensic examination where there are concerns about child sexual abuse and is an evidence-based review of the interpretation of physical signs.

The fully revised Purple Book is now available as an online resource on the RCPCH website.

FFLM Members can apply for access to the Child Protection Companion and the Purple Book (text or full) through the RCPCH website.
