The Baroness Casey Review – Metropolitan Police

Following Baroness Louise Casey’s report on the standards of behaviour and internal culture of the Metropolitan Police Service, the Faculty would like to stress that it is very important all victims of crime should feel able to approach the police and expect to be treated fairly.

We are committed to the highest standards in forensic and legal medicine, to provide care to vulnerable victims and detainees, and to support the criminal justice process.
