Training for Clinicians Assessing Those Exposed to Conducted Energy Devices (CED) – January 2023
The FFLM have been running training across the UK for clinicians working in police custody in assessing those exposed to a CED.
Whilst thus far the majority of attendees have been nurses and paramedics working for providers we are aware that there are a number of clinicians who are self-employed and may struggle to access this training. It is also an incredibly useful update for forensic physicians to ensure that they are up to date with the latest developments as well as recommended documentation to be used in this controversial area of general forensic medicine.
In order to provide access to those who may struggle to get on one of these courses otherwise, we are running a training day at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine in Angel, London on Tuesday 31 January 2023.
You can book your place now at https://fflm.ac.uk/event/ced-energy-device-hcp-assessment-training-course-jan-2023 as we anticipate demand will be high.
With feedback including “One of the most interesting courses I have been on”, and “This was the best face-to-face course I have been on since joining XXXXX over 5 years ago” it is an excellent opportunity to update your training.
