Expansion of E-learning – Request for module writers

Request for volunteers to write General Forensic Medicine e-learning modules

The FFLM/Ulster University E-learning course was revised and updated in May 2019. The course covers the following FFLM exams:

  • DLM
  • MFFLM Part 1
  • LFFLM (SOM)
  • MFFLM (SOM) Part 2

We are currently undertaking an expansion of the e-learning material to include General Forensic Medicine (GFM) with the aim of making the modules available to candidates from October 2022 onwards.

Therefore, we are seeking:

  • Members (who hold the MFFLM) to assist with the module content. All the proposed modules are listed below. There is a £350 honorarium per module (in line with Faculty policy) and CPD points for revalidation/appraisal purposes.

We can currently offer £350 per module, as NHSE/I are providing some funding for the project. Please note that this will only be paid upon satisfactory completion of the module within the agreed timescales.
