Webinar FAQs

All that is needed to attend or take part in a webinar is a reasonable internet connection and a computer, tablet or smart-phone.

Webinars are usually 60 minutes long, which includes time for questions and interaction.

A week beforehand you will be emailed a link to join the webinar. You will also receive a reminder email the day before/of the webinar.

There is a “raise hand” facility if you would like to ask a question over your microphone. There is also a chat box where you can post questions and comments.

Yes. A feedback survey will be circulated to all attendees after the webinar.

Upon receipt of the completed feedback form, your certificate of attendance will be emailed to you.

Yes, where we have permission from the presenters. Details on how to access the material will be circulated after the webinar.
