FFLM (The Organiser) accepts no liability for loss or damage of any property used by the Exhibitor in connection with their participation in the event. The Exhibitor shall also ensure that they have full indemnity insurance against the usual risks in respect of all loss, damage or injury to goods and persons.

The Exhibitor shall observe all current Health and Safety legislation and co-operate with the Organisers in ensuring that the event is a safe, secure and healthy environment for all Exhibitors, Contractors, Sub Contractors, Visitors and Staff who attend or work at the event.

No nails, screws, adhesive materials or other fixtures may be driven into or attached to any part of the Premises including floors. Nor may any part of the Premises be damaged or disfigured in any way. Should any such damage occur the Exhibitor responsible will be invoiced for any repair charges incurred. Those using electricity must have current and signed inspection labels (or relevant certificates) on or for the electrical products concerned.

At the end of the event, the Exhibitor will remove all property used by them in connection with their participation in the event, from the event venue. The Exhibitor will be liable for all storage and handling charges resulting from failure to remove property from the venue.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any booking at our absolute discretion, in which case payment will be refunded.
