Refund Policy

Conference

Notification of cancellation received in writing fourteen days prior to a Conference will entitle the delegate to a 90%* refund.

Conference fees are non-transferable.

Development Training Course

Notification of cancellation received in writing fourteen days prior to a Development Training Course will entitle the delegate to 90% refund.

Development Training Course fees can be transferred to another development training day within the next 14 months.

Cancellation of a Development Training Course

All development training courses are run subject to demand and all bookings are accepted on the understanding that the training will only be delivered if it attracts the required minimum number of delegates. Where a training course is cancelled by FFLM, we will notify you by email at least five working days before the intended event date and will refund all course fees paid, direct to the relevant credit or debit card.

Exam

In no circumstances can examination applications or fees be transferred from one examination session to another.

Candidates who submit their withdrawal request on or before the closing date will be refunded 90% of the fee. Refunds will not be made where candidates submit their withdrawal request after the closing date unless there are circumstances deemed exceptional, which can be substantiated. Further, such requests (accompanied by supporting evidence) must be submitted within four weeks from the examination date if they are to be considered. Decisions on these cases will be made by the Chief Examiner in consultation with the Chief Examiner’s Committee whose decision is final. If exceptional circumstances are accepted, the candidate will be refunded 90%* of the fee paid.

Subscription fee

Members resigning from Membership after paying correct annual subscription may request a refund on a pro-rata basis.  The refund is determined by the date the written confirmation of resignation is received at the Faculty Offices.

1st July and 30th September                         75% refund

1st October and 31st December                    50% refund

From 1st January until 30th June                   no   refund

E-Learning and Webinar fees

E-Learning and Webinar fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation of the FFLM Introductory course in GFM accredited by Teesside

The FFLM Introductory course in GFM accredited by Teesside accredited courses are run subject to demand and all bookings are accepted on the understanding that the training will only be delivered if it attracts the required minimum number of delegates.  If the course is cancelled by FFLM the full £2000 fee will be refunded, and we will notify delegates of this 14 days before the intended GFM date.

Cancellation from delegates

If you are unable to attend and notify us 28 days prior to the course date we will offer a 90% refund and up to 14 days before we will offer a 50% refund.

Course fees are not transferable.

 

*Each refund will incur a 10% administration fee.

We only accept GBP payments.

You may wish to take out insurance in case you are unable to attend any of our courses.
