Welcome to the Part 2 Examination Application Form!

Please ensure you apply for the correct examination.

This form should take approximately ten minutes to complete.

Once you have submitted your application, please follow the link provided to pay the examination fee. A link to the FFLM Sales Invoice Form is provided if your employer or someone else will be paying on your behalf.

Before applying please ensure you have read the FFLM General Examination Regulations and the Regulations for the examination you wish to sit.

All candidates are required to provide the following documentation upon applying:

LFFLM Candidates

Proof of six months employment (full time equivalent) in an occupation requiring the practical application of General Forensic Medicine, or Sexual Offence Medicine on the date of the Part 2 Examination.

MFFLM Candidates

Proof of work, full time or intermittently, for three of the previous five years on the date of the Part 2 examination.
