The Sexual Offence Medicine Training Course 2026

The Lancashire Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) Centre is offering an Introductory course Sexual Offence Medicine this January- March 2026. The course will be delivered online via a combination of live meetings and webinars. This course is aimed at those who already have some experience in this area but want to increase their confidence and knowledge. The course will be accredited and enable delegates to work in the future.

Part 1 is open to all those who work to support survivors of sexual assault and rape.

Part 2 is open to Forensic Clinicians who undertake forensic medical examinations, eg example forensic physicians, forensic nurse examiners or paediatricians.
