Undergraduate Student Poster Competition

The abstract should be no more than 250 words.

All abstracts must be in English.

At the Principal Hotel in York (Station Road, York YO24 1AA). The hotel is adjacent to York railway station.

Email your abstract to forensic.medicine@fflm.ac.uk with the subject reference ‘your name Annual Conference 2023 poster’ by Sunday 12 March 2023.

There is no fee for submitting an abstract.

Once the submission deadline has passed no further amendments to your abstract are possible, even if you are selected to present. Please take the time to ensure that all the information in your submission is correct and how you would want it to appear published.

All posters must be in portrait layout, preferably A 0 size 841 mm wide by 1189 mm high).

Handouts and/or reduced photocopies of your poster for distribution to interested delegates are always appreciated.

All posters will be displayed in the refreshments area on Saturday 11 May 2024. We suggest your poster is up by the end of the registration period. Authors are required to be present next to their posters during refreshment/lunch breaks.

If you cannot attend you will not be able to present your poster at the conference. However, you will be able to send a colleague in your place, but you must inform us by contacting forensic.medicine@fflm.ac.uk. Please note that your replacement presenter cannot be already presenting a poster of their own.

If you would like to retrieve your poster after the conference, you should remove it from display by the close of the conference on Saturday 11 May 2024. Any posters not collected will be recycled.
