St Mary’s Centre 11th Annual Conference 2013

This two day event will: Explore sexual violence in the context of the home environment. Provide an insight into the psychological impact of prolonged sexual and domestic abuse Examine the role that drugs and alcohol have to play. Illustrate the challenges in bringing about successful prosecutions. Highlight issues that arise around forced marriage as well as the need for greater recognition of sexual violence in the context of domestic abuse and improved sharing of information among agencies.
