FFLM 10th Annual Conference

The Royal College of Physicians, Regent’s Park, London will play host to our event on Friday 06 and Saturday 07 May 2016 and will include a range of expert speakers, as well as the Annual General Meeting, David Jenkins Lecture and Gala Dinner.

Hotel Accommodation

We have negotiated a rate of £120 per night for delegates at the Holiday Inn, Regent's Park.

To book either email reservations@hiregentspark.co.uk or call 0871 942 9111 and state that you are booking the Royal College of Physicians rate with the block code FLM.

Please note that there are only a limited number of rooms available at this rate so please book early to avoid disappointment.

We have also negotiated a rate of £170 (single room) or £180 (double room) per night for delegates at the Melia Whitehouse. Please contact us at forensic.medicine@fflm.ac.uk for details on how to book.

Booking Terms

  • Places at the conference will be allocated on a "first come - first served basis". Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Bookings cannot be confirmed unless both the booking form and the payment have been received.
  • You will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of your booking form and payment.
  • There are a total of 20 places available at the subsidised FFLM student affiliate rate (please see here for more information) and the standard student rate. The student rate is available to full-time students enrolled at an accredited university.
  • Closing date for receipt of conference booking forms and payment is Friday 08 April 2016 however if the event is full before this time, bookings will close earlier.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notification of cancellation received in writing prior to 04 March 2016 will entitle the delegate to a refund of pre-paid fees less an administration charge of 20% of fees.
  • Notification of cancellation received in writing prior to 08 April 2016 will entitle the delegate to a refund of pre-paid fees less an administration charge of 50% of fees.
  • No refund will be given after 08 April 2016.
