Certificate in the Management of Substance Misuse - Secure Environment Module

    The RCGP SMU has been recognised as an approved provider of substance misuse education and training to healthcare workers in the secure environment. The Certificate in the Management of Substance Misuse is aimed at developing a cadre of nurses, GPs and pharmacists equipped to progress towards the status of specialist practitioners in substance misuse treatment. This new 1 ½ day course (£450) supplements the learning offered by RCGP Cert 1 and 2 , offering further specific skills and knowledge to ensure confidence, safety and governance in executing ones clinical duties in respect of substance misusers in the secure environment setting.
