The North Review of Drink and Drug Driving

The Faculty was invited to give oral evidence to the review by Sir Peter North QC of drink/drugs driving legislation. Dr Margaret Stark, Academic Dean, who had previously published some of the original research on cannabis and driving, gave evidence to the review. She commented “that the role of the forensic physicians was essential to ensure detainee safety and to obtain the best possible evidence for these prosecutions.”
