Learning the Lessons Bulletin 6

The Learning the Lessons Bulletin was published this week here. The bulletin will appear in this week's edition of Police Review as well as Police Professional.

This bulletin covers a range of circumstances and operational areas and we have grouped the case summaries to make it easier to find information of particular relevance. The issues arising from the cases are outlined in the Recurring Issues section and we also attach a table which presents the recurring issues in more visual form.

The website for the Learning the Lessons Committee www.learningthelessons.org.uk has links to documents of relevance to the cases featured in the bulletin. The site also has all published bulletins on it and a search facility which we hope will enable officers and staff to find the information of use to them from previous bulletins as well as the current bulletin. You can also feed back your views on the bulletin through the online form.
