Appraisal Questionnaire

Appraisal will be a core component of relicensing and revalidation, and the Faculty is developing tools to assist with this process.

The Recertification Committee has been discussing ways in which the faculty could support members who may currently have difficulty in accessing appraisal.

I would be most grateful if you would complete the attached questionnaire so that we can establish whether there is interest and experience among Fellows, Members and Affiliates in offering appraisal through the Faculty.
