Ivor Doney

The faculty was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Dr Ivor Doney on 8^th February 2008. 

Ivor was one of the first forensic physicians to be elected an Honorary Fellow of the faculty.  He was the first president of the World Police Medical Officers and was an internationally renowned ambassador and champion of clinical forensic medicine. 

He died peacefully at home with family members in attendance.  He will be greatly missed.
