Consultation on draft revised Mental Health Act 1983 Code of Practice

A consultation period has been announced on the draft revised Mental Health Act 1983 Code of Practice. 

The Faculty asks Members and Fellows to access the document and review it. If you have specific comments on the draft please note them in the forum.

All comments will be collated and a consolidated Faculty response will be submitted which will be published on the Faculty website.
