The Learning the Lessons bulletin

The Learning the Lessons Committee, a multi-agency forum whose members are ACPO, APA, HMIC, Home Office, IPCC and NPIA, has begun to issue a regular Learning the Lessons bulletin.

This is a bulletin for the police service with summaries of cases which may help police improve their policies and practices. It is directed primarily at the police but members may find this bulletin informative.
