The aim of this meeting is to inform medical practitioners of the processes within the Trust, in the coroner's court, related to civil litigation, criminal prosecution and research probity where they may be judged.

Participants will gain a better understanding of the risks they face in losing their employment, licence to practice, academic reputation and ultimately their freedom.
